Summary:Pioneer Telephone Cooperative, Inc., was formed as a cooperative telephone company in 1953, with four exchanges, four part time employees, and an investment of $50,000, at a time when rural residents had no telephone service. Today, Pioneer Telephone employs over 600 people, our service area covers 76 exchanges, 10,900 square miles, and serves over 50,000 subscribers in 30 Oklahoma counties. Pioneer Telephone has grown into a multimillion dollar corporation, qualifying it as one of the largest telephone cooperatives in the United States.PTCI has identified the need to take their web presence to the next level to better meet the perceived needs othe their customers, maintain market copetetitiveness and gain operational efficiencies that the automation of specific processes can offer. As the only developer I was responsible and achived:

Summary:This project is to take Sundowner Superstores through a fresh creative exercise to give this new venture a new and fresh look, but stay tied to the imagery and tradition of the Sundowner brand. This new Venture called SundownerPartsOnline.Com will also require a fully functioning backend system to allow for online eCommerce, displaying of the complete catalog of products, and administrative capabilities so the content can be managed, efficiently. This project will allow Sundowner Superstores to reach a larger market more directly than they are currently able to. After few design sessions with the client and graphic designers I was able to:
  • Design the database schema and implement it
  • Create database to object mapping classes
  • Implement struts as a MVC framework
  • Develop a shopping cart and checkout pages
  • Setup SSL on JBoss and Apache
  • Integrat online payment authorization and transaction

Summary:The goal of this project was to enhance the existing Mar-K Quality Products web site by adding over 5,000 individual products to the site through the product catalog and to allow customers to be able to view products and securely place orders through the Internet. This development effort also allows Mar-K Quality Products to post orders placed on the web site directly to Mar-K Quality Products back office systems. Main features: Complete product catalog, Integrated shopping cart, Backoffice order processing, Site interface and navigation enhancement, Administration area, Suggestive Selling / Order Intelligence, Intelligent boxing checkout and pricing, Quick Ordering / Product Search, Specials, Exploded Views of Truck Beds.

Summary:The project aim was to redesign the public internet website from a site architecture with very complex system of static HTML pages to database driven content pages with as few templates as possible, lower time spent on maintenance and allow faster future growth and expansion that would integrate smoothly without further worsening the complexity.
Accomplishments:
  • Developed all backend and database mapping Java classes
  • Implemented Struts framework to all MVC elements
  • Created layer based JavaScript event driven navigation with dynamic links
  • Contributed to multilingual database design for easy data entry and data integrity
